Job Opening:   HR Manager
Remuneration:   Euro 2,600 - 2,700 /Monthly

Job Description:
Analyses wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan. Writes directives, advising department managers of Company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits. Consults legal advice to ensure that policies comply with state law. Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.

1. Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
2. Maintaining a smooth, onboarding process.
3. Training, counselling and coaching our staff.
4. Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
5. Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
6. Conducting performance and wage reviews.
7. Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
8. Creating clear and concise reports.

Required Experience/Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in human resources management or equivalent
2. Experience in human resources or related field
3. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
4. Experience in educating and coaching staff
5. Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations
6. Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy
7. Ability to give presentations
