Job Opening: Head of Operations & Supply Chain Remuneration: Euro 2,500 - 3,000 /Monthly
Job Description: Divine Group is looking for an experienced Head of Operations & Supply Chain to oversee production, quality control, customer success, customer returns, freight & inventory planning. We're looking for an Operations leader in establishing systems & processes, ensuring Divine Group's operations run smoothly as business scales.
Responsibilities: 1. You will report to the Supply Chain and Operations Director. As a crucial member of the senior team, you will strive to deliver the business's growth strategy and the goals in support of the development of world-class performance and products. 2. Overall accountability for the execution of the Supply Chain & Operation process 3. As Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for delivering innovative projects with existing and new suppliers (from initial supplier selection all through to project launch) 4. Oversee customer service delivery and on time in full delivery performance 5. Hold supplier relationships and accountable for supplier performance management 6. You will generate new ideas and concepts that can be implemented and reapplied in other markets too. 7. You will continually investigate and recommend new and comparable ways of working, techniques, etc. that may increase profitability, productivity and effectiveness.
Required Experience/Qualifications: 1. Minimum 3 years’ experience as Head of Operations, Operations Director or similar leadership role; startup or high growth company experience preferred 2. Experience working with factories and managing international supply chains 3. Experience sourcing new products domestically and internationally 4. Experience collaborating with the in-house product development team for new product launches & supplier selection 5. Experience with vendor relationship management and negotiation 6. Experience with cost reduction and improving efficiencies 7. Proven experience with inventory planning and forecasting
